We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, with the following conditions:

Made-to-order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-defective returns are subject to a 2.6% processing fee, which is waived if you opt for an exchange.
All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
Return shipping is only covered for items deemed defective.
- Tarnish is not considered a defect. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes and can be cleaned with polish or a polishing cloth.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
