Our Promise to You If we identify the problem as a manufacturing defect, rest assured, we will repair or replace your item at no extra cost. In instances where the original item is unavailable, we're committed to offering a replacement of similar kind or a refund equivalent to the original purchase price.

Limitations Please note, our warranty does not extend to issues resulting from neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear such as tarnish for sterling silver. Tarnish is to be expected over time which can vary greatly depending on its exposure to moisture and certain chemicals. Should the problem not stem from a manufacturing defect, we'll inform you about available repair options and services.
