Sea Shur Jewelry - Return & Exchange Policy

At Sea Shur Jewelry, every piece is crafted with care and built to last. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

15 -Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges by Order Type

In-Stock Items

  • Exchanges: No fee. We’ll swap it out — just cover return shipping.
  • Refunds: A 5% restocking fee applies to cover payment processing costs that are not refunded to us. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order Items

Because made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for your order, these items are subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns. Exchanges are free, just cover return shipping.

Custom Orders

On occasion, we take on custom projects by request. All custom work is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes items that are engraved. If you’re interested in a custom piece, reach out to us first and we’ll make sure every detail is right before production begins.

What’s Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery
  • Engraved or personalized pieces
  • Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Lost or stolen packages (see below)

Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, no restocking fee, no hassle.

Please note: Tarnish is not a defect. Sterling silver (.925) naturally tarnishes over time and simply requires occasional cleaning. This is a characteristic of the metal, not a flaw in craftsmanship.

Repairs

If your piece needs repair, reach out to us at Sales@SeaShurJewelry.com. We’re happy to assess the situation and discuss options.

Return Shipping

  • Defective items: We provide a prepaid return label.
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Sea Shur Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Signature Confirmation

All orders over $100 require signature confirmation at delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us at Sales@SeaShurJewelry.com immediately. We will open a case with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to investigate. Mail theft is a federal offense and is taken seriously.

Once the carrier completes their investigation, we can offer a product replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking confirms as delivered.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ll respond with instructions and a return authorization. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
