Each product listing displays a quantity if the item is in stock. In-stock items (both pendants and necklaces) ship within 1–3 business days.

If no quantity is shown, the item is out of stock:

Pendants are made to order and typically take 3–4 weeks to produce and ship, sometimes longer depending on demand.
Necklaces are ordered from our supplier and typically ship within 4–5 business days when out of stock.

Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Production and restock times may vary.

Order Changes & Combined Shipping

Address changes are not permitted after purchase. Please cancel and repurchase with the correct address.
Combined shipping is not offered. Add all desired items to your cart before checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

Flat rate shipping is available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $200.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. You can track your order at USPS.com or UPS.com.
Orders over $100 require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Your selected shipping method determines delivery time after the item is produced and ready to ship.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, email us at Sales@SeaShurJewelry.com. We'll file a claim with the carrier (this process can take time). Refunds are not issued for packages that tracking confirms as delivered, but we will offer a replacement once the investigation is complete. Mail theft is a federal offense and is taken seriously.

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges by Order Type

In-Stock Items

Exchanges: No fee. We'll swap it out — just cover return shipping.
Refunds: A 5% restocking fee applies to cover payment processing costs that are not refunded to us. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order Items
Because made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for your order, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges are free — just cover return shipping.

Custom Orders
On occasion, we take on custom projects by request. All custom work is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes engraved items. If you're interested in a custom piece, reach out to us first and we'll make sure every detail is right before production begins.

Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away. We'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no hassle.

Please note: Tarnish is not a defect. Sterling silver (.925) naturally tarnishes over time and simply requires occasional cleaning. This is a characteristic of the metal, not a flaw in craftsmanship.

Repairs
If your piece needs repair, reach out to us at Sales@SeaShurJewelry.com. We're happy to assess the situation and discuss options.

Return Shipping

Defective items: We provide a prepaid return label.
All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping method — Sea Shur Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Signature Confirmation
All orders over $100 require signature confirmation at delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us at Sales@SeaShurJewelry.comimmediately. We'll open a case with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to investigate. Mail theft is a federal offense and is taken seriously.

Once the carrier completes their investigation, we can offer a product replacement. We're unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking confirms as delivered.

Why Does Sterling Silver Tarnish?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to its reaction with sulfur-containing gases in the air, leading to discoloration and the formation of a tarnish layer. This process can also be triggered or accelerated by exposure to chemicals found in jacuzzis, chlorine, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household cleaners, and bleach. Moist environments can speed up tarnishing, so storing your silver in a dry place is recommended.

Tarnish can be easily removed using a rouge polishing cloth. Simply rub the cloth gently over the surface, and you’ll see the tarnish lift onto the cloth. The rate at which tarnishing occurs depends on the level of exposure to moisture and chemicals, factors that can vary widely between environments and individuals.

Why Might Your Pendant Tarnish Faster Than Your Necklace?

Many mass-produced sterling silver necklaces are plated with a thin layer of fine silver or rhodium to help prevent tarnishing during shipping and storage. Our pendants are not plated, so depending on what they’re exposed to, they may tarnish more quickly and require more cleaning compared to a plated necklace you may already own.
